Q. Are your Remedies made by professional Animal Homeopaths?

A. Yes, all of All Natural Dog's Herbal and Homeopathic Remedies are made by professional, trained and qualified Animal Homeopaths.  All products are made and clinically trialled in Australia and are formulated especially for Animal use.  It is important to stress that you should only ever use remedies that have been formulated for use on Dogs, as many of them do differ greatly to the ones formulated for human use.

Q. Do your Homeopathic Remedies come with Dosage Instructions?

 A. Yes, all of our products come with full Dosage Instructions. Depending on the product, specific dosage instructions are provided on the bottle where needed and every product comes with a Dosage Instructions Information Sheet, including information on General and Frequent Dosing.

Q. Does the size or weight of my dog affect the dosage quantity?

A. Yes and No!  This all depends on the remedy in question.  Many of the remedies that are pill based require the same amount to be given regardless of the size of the dog.  Most of the liquid (herbal) based products will have different dosage amounts for different size dogs.  All of this information is written on the label on the bottle of the remedy.  If you are at all concerned about the amount your should be dosing, please contact us.

Q. What is Frequent Dosing?

A. Frequent Dosing is used when the dog is in great pain, distress and discomfort and needs relief from its symptoms very quickly.  In this situation we advise that you start Frequent Dosing.  This involves giving the dog three doses approximately 15 minutes apart.  By the second or third dose there should be a change in the dogs condition, this may be as simple as the dog being more relaxed and comfortable.  Allow the dog to rest, and when the dog appears to be steadily improving revert back to normal dosing.

Q. Can you overdose on Homepathic or Natural Remedies?

A.  It is extremely important to know that you CANNOT overdose on Homeopathic or Herbal Remedies.  Whilst we recommend that you only ever give the recommended dose to your dog, if you inadvertently do overdose the dog, there wil be no damage done.

Q. Are there any side affects associated with Homeopathic or Natural Remedies?

A. There are no side affects associated with homeopathic or natural remedies, which is why using them instead of chemical based drugs is preferred.

Q. I am not sure which remedy is best for my dog and it's condition.  Can you recommend the best one?

A. Absolutely.  If you email us with full details of your dog, its age, and the symptoms it is experiencing we will recommend the remedy that we feel is the best for your dogs condition. Please be aware that our recommendation is only as good as the information that you have provided us.

Q. My dog is currently on medication prescribed by the Vet, can I give Homeopathic Remedies as well?

A.  Many natural and homeopathic remedies can be used safely in tandem with Vet prescribed medication.  However, we recommend that you consult with your Veterinarian to make sure that the medication your dog is on will not react with the active ingredients in homeopathic remedies.

Q. How do I store Homeopathic & Herbal Remedies, and how long will they last for?

A. Homeopathic & Herbal remedies should be stored in a cool, dry place and away fromm sunlight..  Avoid storing them in a place where they can be affected by strong odours, such as a medicine cabinet containing Mentholated products, or a refrigerator that has strong food odours.   If you  are careful how you store them and follow the guidelines above, the remedies will remain useful indefinitely.
